Databricks Admin Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall administration, governance, and operational stability of reporting and analytics platforms including Alteryx, Matillion, and Databricks
• Ensure SLA compliance and lead incident, problem, and change management processes
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and maintain effective stakeholder communication
• Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage platform governance and access control
• Support the design, development, and optimization of data infrastructure and systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in Alteryx Server administration and Matillion ETL
• Strong expertise in Databricks administration
• Proficient in SQL and possess a deep understanding of data pipelines
• Experience in AMS (Application Managed Services) or managed services environments
• Demonstrated ability in incident management, SLA tracking, and governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BI, reporting, or analytics platform administration
• Exposure to enterprise-level reporting and large-scale data platforms
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high quality in a results-oriented environment
