Database Sustainment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide sustainment, maintenance, and administrative support for Facility Management databases and related systems
• Maintain facility drawings within CAFM systems using Drawbase (CAD) and AutoCAD
• Reconcile facility inventories against authoritative real property databases like iNFADS
• Manage asset verification, validation, and lifecycle management activities
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and track MAXIMO work orders
• Support project management database updates for active facility projects
• Generate reports and analytical products from multiple facility management systems
• Support space utilization planning, occupancy tracking, and workstation assignments
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to resolve facility data issues
• Provide customer support and training for facility management databases and tools

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience with BUILDER, MAXIMO, and DMLSS-FM
• Experience in facility management, maintenance management, or real property management
• Ability to analyze and interpret facility management data across multiple systems
• Must have or be able to obtain a Real ID or Passport for travel
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Facility Management, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Experience supporting BUMED, DHA, or NAVFAC organizations
• Proficiency with Drawbase, AutoCAD, CAFM, iNFADS, LogiCole, FRES, PAX, or eProjects
• Strong database management and data reconciliation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and SharePoint
