Database Operator

Responsibilities

• Update reference databases with new products and market changes for Spanish-speaking countries
• Ensure data quality by classifying, standardizing, and grouping products according to company hierarchies and business rules
• Identify necessary changes within existing reference files
• Collaborate with local offices to correct inaccurate data, remove redundant entries, or add new information
• Identify and resolve routine exceptions and data issues
• Perform quality control on maintained data and apply necessary corrections
• Maintain documentation for all processes and procedures

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker
• High level of English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Vocational training and administrative knowledge
• Experience in database maintenance and updates is a plus
