Database Design Associate

Responsibilities

• Support core data management activities across the clinical trial lifecycle, including database build, edit check testing, and lab/coding setup
• Perform data cleaning, query management, reconciliation, and lock preparation to ensure high-quality data delivery
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of study documentation, such as CRF testing scripts and reconciliation trackers
• Monitor data quality and query trends to proactively identify and escalate issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally and build proficiency in EDC systems like Veeva Vault and Medidata Rave

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of clinical execution experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of clinical execution experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in a life sciences or medically related field
• 1 year of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience within a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO company
• Experience working in Data Management on global clinical trials
