Database Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational condition of database servers
• Administer replication in multi-site configurations
• Provide level 2 support for database incidents (DBMS engines and SQL code)
• Perform technical analysis of changes
• Identify and manage preventive maintenance
• Handle level 3 incidents and level 2 problems
• Work with Oracle RAC and Dataguard technologies

Requirements

• Mastery of RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
• Proficiency in SQL languages
• Technical English proficiency
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Diagnostic capabilities
• Customer service orientation
