About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of client onboarding and data implementation for WTW’s Analytic Solutions Core offering.
- Act as the central coordinator between WTW Client Service Teams, clients, data warehouse vendors, and carriers.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of intake steps, contracting documents, data requests, and validation activities.
- Guide clients through the process from eligibility confirmation to platform go-live.
- Manage negotiations of legal agreement requirements, including NDAs, PHI forms, and data releases.
- Track parallel workflows and dependencies to manage deadlines and mitigate implementation risks.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience managing complex implementations, ideally in health and benefits, data analytics, or vendor onboarding.
- Strong understanding of employer health plans, including eligibility, medical/pharmacy claims, and plan management.
- Experience working with account structures, hierarchies, and levels of aggregation.
- Proficiency in interpreting data files, data quality reports, and validation outputs.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with significant quantitative coursework.
- Ability to obtain a State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts or healthcare analytics platforms (Cedar Gate experience is a strong plus).
- Experience gained within a benefit consulting/brokerage firm, commercial data warehouse company, or insurance reporting function.
