Data Warehouse Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions to support international business growth.
• Build and evolve the enterprise data warehouse to enable advanced analytics and reporting.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for both batch and near real-time data processing.
• Integrate data from diverse sources including transactional databases, third-party platforms, and external APIs.
• Support analytical and machine learning workflows by providing reliable, well-structured datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data platform performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong expertise in SQL, relational database concepts, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with data warehouse architectures and columnar databases.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools, preferably Apache Airflow.
• Solid programming skills in Python (preferred) or Java.
• Understanding of Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as ClickHouse or StarRocks.
• Strong communication skills in English.
