Requirements
- 8+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Proven experience with data architecture, mapping, data flow diagrams, ERDs, master data management, BO reports, and ETL
- Project experience with Field Data Capture systems (e.g. PVR, Fieldview)
- Upstream Oil and Gas experience, ideally in Production Management or Operations
- Proficiency with MS Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with MS Project, Livelink, or SharePoint is beneficial
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
