Data Visualization Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytics products
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and design data models, pipelines, and visualization dashboards
• Work with developers and engineers to implement, test, and deploy data products
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure products meet business objectives and user needs
• Maintain strong controls across data processes and reporting while providing ongoing support and training to users
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data and analytics products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in large-scale enterprise databases such as Teradata or Oracle
• Proficiency with data analytics tools including Alteryx, Tableau, or Snowflake
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access, for data analysis
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with AI integration and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ETL capabilities using tools like Alteryx, Trifacta, Ab Initio, or R
• Proven ability to create and deploy reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or Qlik
• Ability to resolve complex assignments independently and manage projects according to established timelines
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels
