Data Verification Operator

Responsibilities

• Review and validate physical security alerts in real time, documenting findings and escalating issues
• Analyze security incident data to detect potential threats, anomalies, and vulnerabilities
• Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications across all systems for timely incident handling
• Document incidents clearly and accurately using appropriate tools and systems
• Partner with engineering teams on data collection, annotation, and product testing efforts
• Respond promptly across communication channels including Slack, email, and phone

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
• Above-average computer proficiency
• Ability to work 5AM - 1PM IST, Friday - Tuesday
• Willingness to sit for extended periods while maintaining focus on alerts
