About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct data processing in the analysis of Food matrix samples in chemical lab
- Validate, calculate, and report lab results to strict quality and ethical standards
- Perform laboratory data calculations, integrations, and quality control checks
- Manage LIMS entries and other data management functions
- Ensure all testing methodology and quality control procedures follow ISO17025 and SGS standards
- Notify management of operational issues, turnaround time delays, or quality inconsistencies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree, Chemistry preferred
- Minimum one year of experience with chromatography instruments (LC or GC)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to identify minor discrepancies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Mass spectrophotometry
- Lab testing experience with Food matrix or Environmental samples
- Knowledge of Chromalion, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst software platforms
