Data Translator - Quicksight

Responsibilities

• Analyze MicroStrategy dashboards, datasets, metrics, filters, and business logic.
• Design and develop equivalent analytical solutions in AWS QuickSight, maintaining functionality, user experience, and visual structure.
• Translate functionalities between platforms by identifying technical equivalencies, limitations, and alternatives.
• Document functional differences between source and destination platforms and propose viable solutions.
• Validate information consistency, KPIs, and results across both platforms.
• Collaborate with business users, data architects, and engineers to clarify requirements.
• Optimize data models and queries to improve performance within QuickSight.
• Support testing, UAT, and post-migration stabilization activities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development.
• Proven experience with MicroStrategy.
• Verifiable experience with Amazon QuickSight.
• Experience participating in BI platform migration or modernization projects.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong knowledge of the AWS analytics ecosystem (Amazon S3, Athena, Redshift, or Glue).
• Experience working with large volumes of data in corporate environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
• Experience with analytical data modeling and KPI design.
