Data Translator Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business areas and advanced analytics technical teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
• Document business requirements, defining objectives, success metrics, and the scope of analytical projects.
• Coordinate the execution of initiatives with Data Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify findings, measure results, and detect improvement opportunities.
• Design and present dashboards, executive reports, and clear recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
• Monitor the performance and adoption of implemented solutions to ensure operational value.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytical project management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, or machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of data platforms such as Databricks and handling large volumes of information.
• Strong data storytelling skills.
• Critical thinking and a focus on solving complex problems.
