Data Transfer Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the data migration development team
• Plan and distribute workload based on deployment priorities
• Act as a technical mentor to junior and intermediate developers
• Oversee the architecture of migration scripts and ETL engines
• Lead the analysis and execution of complex data migrations
• Establish and enforce quality standards including code reviews and unit testing
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve technical blockers
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of development experience in ETL or database management
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (stored procedures, query optimization)
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET environment
• Deep understanding of relational database structures
• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in team management or technical mentorship
• Experience in project coordination
