Data Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build Lead-to-Opportunity solutions in Salesforce, including user experiences, automations, and data enrichment workflows.
• Engineer integrations across the top-of-funnel stack, connecting Salesforce with marketing automation, enrichment providers, and sales engagement tools.
• Test, troubleshoot, and document production issues impacting lead capture, routing, and enrichment.
• Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, Growth, Product, and Data teams to design scalable Salesforce-based solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, async patterns, and APIs.
• Deep understanding of data models across opportunity, quote, order, and billing domains.
• Proven experience designing and implementing robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ability to build, test, document, and deploy solutions using SDLC best practices.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience partnering with GTM, Finance, and Operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect.
• Experience in AI-driven or high-growth SaaS businesses.
• Familiarity with lead management concepts like inbound lifecycle orchestration, lead scoring, and routing logic.
• Software development experience outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with DevOps management or Salesforce Experience Cloud.
