Data Surveillance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze scientific and operational data to support the Data Surveillance process
• Review project-specific Quality Tolerance Limits and develop Data Surveillance Plans (DSPs)
• Configure and maintain Data Surveillance technologies, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Create data import mapping for all data sources and set up statistical analysis parameters
• Document findings in DS Findings Forms and issue tracking systems
• Identify and evaluate potential data quality trends, outliers, and emergent issues
• Collaborate with project teams and present relevant findings during surveillance meetings
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulations, and company SOPs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in medical, clinical, or data management
• Basic SAS programming skills
• Proficiency in SQL script writing
• Degree in medical science, biological science, pharmacy, or data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an adaptive monitoring design study
• Experience participating in a Central Monitoring or Data Surveillance process
• Familiarity with centralized monitoring and Data Driven Monitoring practices
• Understanding of SDTM domains and data operations concepts
