Data Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of escalated L2 incidents, leading technical investigation and driving resolution end-to-end within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues across Snowflake data pipelines, SnapLogic integrations, Reltio MDM processes, and Boomi workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis for significant incidents and contribute to preventive measures and operational improvements.
• Monitor platform health using observability and alerting tools to minimize service disruption.
• Support change, release, and major incident management activities to maintain platform stability.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, data platforms, or business-critical production systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques to identify root causes.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and integration tools like Boomi or SnapLogic.
• Experience using Python or similar scripting languages for troubleshooting and automation.
• Familiarity with observability and incident management tools such as Datadog, ServiceNow, or Jira.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, particularly within AWS environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MDM platforms, specifically Reltio.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Cloud for enterprise reporting support.
• Knowledge of AI-based solutions, including Prompt Engineering or RAG.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps tooling.
• Experience supporting large-scale SaaS or enterprise production environments.
