Data Support Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Build custom segments for clients within the data management platform, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
• Write and run SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data across TTD systems
• Perform QA on segment builds and data outputs to troubleshoot technical issues
• Evaluate requests against ad policy standards, including sensitive categories and geographic requirements
• Build and maintain automations, scripts, and workflows to improve data operations efficiency
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding segment strategy and data best practices
• Manage client and internal requests end-to-end using Salesforce
• Document team systems, processes, and domain knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (0–3 years)
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and large data set manipulation
• Ability to write complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, CASE WHEN, nested queries)
• Experience or comfort with Databricks, Python, and AI-assisted tooling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
