About the role
Responsibilities
- Build custom segments for clients within the data management platform, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data across various systems.
- Perform QA on segment builds and data outputs to troubleshoot technical issues and document findings.
- Evaluate requests against advertising policy standards, including sensitive categories and geographic requirements.
- Develop and maintain automations, scripts, and workflows to improve process efficiency and data operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on segment strategy and audience design.
- Manage client and internal requests end-to-end using Salesforce, ensuring clear documentation for team continuity.
- Collaborate with global teammates across North America, APAC, and EMEA to coordinate cross-regional handoffs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (0–3 years) in data, analytics, or marketing technology.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including advanced use of pivot tables and large dataset manipulation.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience with multiple joins, temp tables, CTEs, and nested queries.
- Proven ability to perform data analysis and validation with high attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as Databricks or Python.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
- Experience working within the digital advertising industry.
