Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of data strategies for global clients using WPP's and partners' data assets.
• Develop global data and technology transformation roadmaps aligned to client business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client marketing and data leads.
• Drive the design and customization of proprietary data and technology solutions like WPP OPEN and Open Intelligence.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local teams including media, analytics, and technology functions.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing and proposals for complex data solutions to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain deep expertise in adtech, martech, and data trends to provide thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data-related roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing talent within an agency or adtech environment.
• Experience deploying data strategies for large multinational or multi-market brands.
• Expertise in audience strategy, 1PD activation, and measurement frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the adtech/martech landscape, including Data Clean Rooms, DSPs, CDPs, and AI tools.
• Ability to build credible relationships with senior client-side stakeholders.
• Analytical proficiency with knowledge of MMM, MTA, Sales Lift, and Brand Studies.
