Data Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand all available data and associated platforms to support FINMAR's analytics and reporting.
• Develop technical skills and business knowledge to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
• Provide guidance to the support team to drive continuous improvement of products and services.
• Develop reporting products for complex activities and transition them to the support team for maintenance.
• Support various IT projects and employ testing and auditing techniques to ensure high data accuracy.
• Manage the expectations of key stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach to data manipulation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a focus on the quality of output.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, VBA, or DAX.
