Data Steward/Policy Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide data integration support including data governance, architecture, warehousing, quality management, and metadata management
• Lead teams conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
• Support foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination operations
• Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and technical documentation
• Produce reports and deliver professional briefings to diverse audiences
• Support the development of data and architecture frameworks
• Represent Army Intelligence at IC/DOD/Army data councils and working groups
• Onboard and catalog Government-directed data sources using approved frameworks
• Complete data integration approval forms (DIAF) and manage Data Sharing Agreements (DSA)

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in data integration, governance, architecture, or warehousing
• 4 years of experience leading teams in intelligence planning or analysis
• Experience in foreign disclosure or intelligence dissemination
• Ability to draft SOPs and produce complex technical reports
• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
• Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 IT Level II certification within 30 days of indoctrination

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Associates degree with 7 years of intelligence experience
• High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence experience
