Data Specialist Jr

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain databases focused on offer personalization and customer segmentation.
• Perform extraction, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to solve specific business problems.
• Analyze and propose improvements for customer segmentation and population selection.
• Automate, document, and optimize code development.
• Perform quantitative analysis and statistical modeling (descriptive analysis, optimization, ML) to drive hyper-personalization and value optimization.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
• Experience in process automation and programming.
• Technical English comprehension skills.
• Strong communication and research abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in generating customer segmentation models.
• Experience using Google Big Query.
