Data Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through data engineering and architecture needs with a focus on Databricks solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy comprehensive data solutions to support AI, ML, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to present technical solutions and demonstrate value to prospective clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Sr. Data Engineer with Databricks implementation experience.
• Expertise in Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and data science technologies like pandas or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed storage systems like S3, ADLS, or HDFS.
• Background in the Financial Services industry, specifically banking environments.
• Relevant Databricks or Apache Spark certifications.
