Data Services Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Obtain, interpret, audit, and enter OEM and lender data to ensure accuracy across automotive products
• Utilize data feeds, websites, and documents to process new data updates
• Perform regular audits of own data and team members' data to maintain high accuracy standards
• Proactively source new or missing lender and OEM data to ensure product completeness
• Assist the department with automating data entry processes wherever possible
• Resolve data discrepancies and respond to inquiries from customer support and external partners
• Complete all assigned projects within established SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency with MS Office, with expertise in MS Excel
• Ability to analyze API calls and responses using tools like Postman
• High level of data-entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 10-key data entry
• Experience working with lender rate sheets and OEM programs
• Knowledge of taxes, fees, and automobile-financing contracts
