Data Services - File Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure client data integrity through proper controls, processes, and effective data custodianship
• Identify underlying data problems and communicate technical resolutions in non-technical language
• Interact with customers and business owners to resolve data-related issues
• Manage file processing and ETL file conversions
• Maintain high standards of quality and continuous improvement regarding data flows and file layouts

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience using SQL
• Degree in any stream
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with US English fluency
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension languages
• Experience with file processing and ETL file conversions
• Industry knowledge regarding benefits administration or consumer-directed accounts
