Data Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Harden GCP, Kubernetes, and container environments through workload isolation, network segmentation, and IAM discipline.
• Protect data pipelines by encrypting and isolating video/metadata ETL processes.
• Implement full logging and observability for AI training data movement using SIEM, OpenTelemetry, and Honeycomb.
• Manage identity, access, and secrets, including privileged-access visibility, key rotation, and workload identity.
• Secure the software supply chain by managing scanned builds, dependencies, and hardened GitHub Actions runners.
• Lead the operational security program, including threat modeling, incident response, and tabletop drills.
• Ensure compliance across creator data and AI training data.

Requirements

• Extensive experience hardening GCP (or AWS equivalents) and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD workflows.
• Deep understanding of IAM, KMS, and Secret Manager.
• Experience with observability tools such as SIEM, OpenTelemetry, and Honeycomb.
• Strong knowledge of software supply chain security and artifact provenance.
