Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable tools and advanced machine learning models for image classification, data extraction, text classification, and summarization.
• Tackle cutting-edge CV-NLP challenges using images, documents, and text data.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to build efficient ML pipelines and ensure seamless production deployment.
• Optimize the model development lifecycle, focusing on scalability, training throughput, and response times for large-scale data.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in developing computer vision models and applications.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Hands-on experience with OCR challenges using libraries like Tesseract, Keras-OCR, or EasyOCR.
• Solid understanding of CNN concepts and deep learning models such as YOLO.
• Experience with NLP tasks, including Named Entity Recognition (NER) and text classification.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of API development and the complete ML model development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with public cloud OCR services such as AWS Textract or GCP Vision.
• Experience integrating OCR solutions into production systems for diverse document types (PDFs, images, etc.).
