Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy data modelling and automation solutions for leading clients
• Explore and identify latest techniques in DS, ML, and agentic automation
• Perform hypothesis testing, data preparation, and product prototyping
• Research and apply DS/ML/agentic models to solve business problems
• Address data issues related to redundancies, quality, and bias
• Lead data science projects to achieve optimal performance and actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal analytics and business teams to document and deliver requirements
• Monitor data quality and implement improvements to ensure reliability

Requirements

• Proven experience in applied data science, analytics, or ML engineering
• Strong SQL skills with experience in large-scale, multi-source data
• Proficiency in Python including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, scipy, and statsmodels
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative coding workflows
• Experience building advanced solutions for audience analytics and insights
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills using AI methodologies
• Experience with data visualization platforms beyond Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of data governance practices, QA, and platform integration
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences
