Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Independently manage workstreams with proficiency in coding and monitor team outputs
• Lead the development of analysis plans and translate requirements clearly to the team
• Generate actionable insights and create compelling executive summaries through storytelling
• Ensure successful completion of client deliverables in line with project scope and plans
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and lead offshore project update calls
• Identify process gaps to optimize and streamline workflows
• Mentor and groom junior or new team members
• Take complete ownership of assigned projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Data Science
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Databricks
• Strong experience with ML algorithms and unsupervised techniques
• Hands-on experience with Azure environments
• Knowledge of AB testing methodologies
• Deep understanding of the CPG industry, including solutions like Assortments and Pricing
