Data Scientist, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows to automate and streamline complex business processes.
• Apply advanced techniques including semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), named entity recognition (NER), and prompt engineering.
• Develop LLM, NLP, and ML solutions that address client requirements and drive business transformation.
• Partner with Business, Technology, and Product Management teams to deploy and scale models in production environments.
• Build comprehensive testing setups to evaluate model performance, efficacy, and reliability.
• Communicate technical results effectively to business stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Stay current with the latest research in LLM, agentic AI, and machine learning to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience applying NLP, LLM, and ML techniques to solve high-impact business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with agentic AI frameworks and modern data science practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial services or asset management.
• Strong interest in applying advanced AI and machine learning to the financial domain.
