Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Work with product and business teams to understand complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Gather, analyze, model, and interpret large-scale data to recommend next best actions.
• Build diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive algorithmic solutions using classical modeling and Machine Learning.
• Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Scale and industrialize data science solutions on cloud-based platforms.
• Drive value by connecting internal and external data sources (Retailer, Econometric, Panel, etc.).
• Conduct fast-paced agile experimentation and quick iterations to demonstrate product value.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or Operations Research.
• Expert knowledge of Python and Spark.
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Regression, Time Series Forecasting, Causal Inference, Simulation, and Optimization.
• Experience designing and industrializing data science solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or Databricks.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience manipulating high-volume, high-dimensionality data.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and cross-cultural environment.
