Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Identify objectives based on design specifications and player data analysis
• Design prototypes and train models to meet gameplay objectives
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to transfer prototypes and define success criteria
• Work with designers to analyze AI behavior and identify gameplay improvements
• Identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation
• Communicate research results pedagogically to diverse audiences

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Data Scientist working on interactive products
• Proficiency in Python
• Mastery of TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong foundations in statistics and evaluation methods (A/B testing, exploratory analysis)
• Experience with complex sequential data and LLMs
• Ability to translate client needs into technical specifications
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PySpark
