At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory analysis, hypothesis generation, feature engineering, and model construction
• Build and validate predictive models using machine learning and statistical methodologies
• Translate validated models into forward-looking dashboards or automated scoring systems
• Partner with marketing to develop campaign lift attribution and causal inference models
• Develop predictive analytics supporting payer targeting and coverage expansion
• Train commercial team users on interpreting and acting on model outputs
• Manage assigned projects to completion on time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a quantitative field
• 4-7 years of applied data science or machine learning experience in commercial or operational environments
• Experience creating predictive models for non-technical stakeholders
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with version-controlled code development and deployment
• Ability to work with messy healthcare commercial data and healthcare claims data
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and Power BI/Fabric environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
• Understanding of referral-based commercial models and medical device reimbursement
• Experience with survival analysis and time-to-event modeling
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for operational dashboard deployment
• Experience in B2B2C or referral-based commercial models
