Data Scientist/Sr. Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of multi-agent GenAI workflows, including planning, reasoning, and tool-use orchestration
• Design and implement LLM-powered pipelines utilizing RAG, prompt orchestration, and tool integration
• Translate business requirements into agent-driven analytical solutions such as decision automation, copilots, and chatbots
• Ensure controlled, deterministic, and explainable agent behavior through optimized retrieval strategies and grounding mechanisms
• Define and execute evaluation frameworks to manage accuracy, consistency, and hallucination control
• Establish observability for agent workflows, including traceability, logs, and reproducibility
• Partner with AI Architects and Data Engineering teams to ensure data readiness and alignment with approved architectures
• Mentor Data Scientists and ensure high standards for code quality and predictable delivery

Requirements

• Strong experience in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic architectures (multi-agent systems)
• Hands-on expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration frameworks
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale AI applications such as chatbots or automation agents
• Solid grounding in data modeling, SQL, and analytical workflows
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, observability, and responsible AI practices
• Ability to act in a client-facing capacity to drive alignment and adoption
