About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for enterprise AI applications
  • Define appropriate data model concepts
  • Develop high-performance data parsers for extremely large and complex datasets
  • Implement and manage graph, SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to optimize data access and retrieval for AI models
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all storage solutions
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of AI applications through expert data engineering
  • Continuously optimize data infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing data pipelines for large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience with corporate dataflows and developing data parsers for large datasets
  • Extensive experience with graph (e.g., Neo4j), SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), and vector databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance best practices
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools
