Data Scientist - Senior

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize advanced analytic solutions to enhance intelligence production
• Design and deploy Python-based solutions and analytic pipelines integrating structured and unstructured data
• Create interactive dashboards and analytic interfaces to improve rigor and transparency
• Modernize legacy workflows for reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to lead the development of automated processes and architect data science solutions
• Coordinate with clients to determine best methods for data-driven solutions within program guidelines

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Senior-level proficiency in Python
• Experience querying and integrating web APIs via Python
• Experience with data visualization tools like Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, or Bokeh
• Experience building dashboards using Dash, Streamlit, Panel, or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills and relational database experience
• Experience with Git-based version control (GitLab or GitHub)
• Proficiency with geospatial frameworks (GDAL or ArcPy) and GIS software (ArcGIS Pro or QGIS)
• Ability to write clear technical documentation
• Familiarity with USSOCOM and Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories
