Data Scientist - Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
• Provide human resource and workforce analytics, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation
• Extract data from human resource information systems using Oracle/SQL scripts
• Utilize Python and Oracle Developer 11g to collect organizational and employee data
• Create data visualizations using Tableau to facilitate data-driven decision-making for customers

Requirements

• Active and maintained TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope (FS) polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant data science or data analyst experience in a national security setting
• Proficiency with Oracle/SQL and Python
• Strong data visualization skills, specifically with Tableau
• Ability to operate with minimal oversight and maintain professional client-service polish

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a national security setting
• Master's degree in a relevant field or discipline
