Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement analytical approaches to uncover patterns in client behavior and journey performance.
• Write and maintain high-quality Python and SQL code to build robust analytical datasets and pipelines.
• Design and apply statistical, machine learning, and exploratory techniques to identify drivers of client satisfaction and friction points.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI to communicate insights to executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and business partners to translate complex business questions into scalable analytical solutions.
• Stay current with advances in AI, GenAI, and machine learning to support research and development.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Python for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and pipeline development.
• Proven experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data tools such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience working with cloud-based environments like Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and software engineering best practices, including Git.
• University or post-graduate degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis into tangible business value.
