Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Analyze data for trends and patterns using machine learning algorithms to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and implement Media Mix Models (MMM), Full Funnel Models, and Multitouch Attribution to optimize media performance.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and causality experiments, including A/B testing, to identify root causes of observed results.
• Identify, integrate, and clean large structured and unstructured datasets to ensure data uniformity and accuracy.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualization and storytelling.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data engineering teams to integrate solutions into production systems and optimize data pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar data science role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
• Working knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques (regression, clustering, classification, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Media Mix Models and Multitouch Attribution.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Gen AI, NLP, or NLU.
• Experience with Big Query, NoSQL, Pig, Hive, or PySpark.
• Professional certifications in data science.
• Deep understanding of the media industry.
