Data Scientist Principal

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize data science initiatives aligned with business goals to improve pricing, forecasting, and margin performance
• Establish the long-term roadmap for Integrated Pricing Intelligence and revenue management analytics
• Guide the design of scalable data pipelines, models, and analytical frameworks using platforms like Palantir Foundry and Databricks
• Oversee the development of robust predictive models and ensure analytical outputs are translated into actionable decision-support tools
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and senior leadership to drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making
• Mentor data scientists and analysts while promoting best practices in AI and modern data engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in sales administration, operations, or financial analysis, including 3 years of lead experience
• OR Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years of lead experience
• OR 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years of lead experience
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with machine learning frameworks
• Experience with forecasting and time series modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering
• Proven track record of delivering production-level data science solutions
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Databricks
• Experience applying Generative AI and decision intelligence frameworks to business processes
• Background in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics
