Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions to address complex healthcare problems.
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, using enterprise healthcare data.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques, mathematical modeling, and simulation to extract optimal data value.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines and vector stores that support RAG architecture and efficient retrieval.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to ensure data quality, fairness, and compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Translate complex analytical and GenAI outputs into actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership.
• Support the prototyping, validation, and deployment of scalable and secure ML solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in active development of data science projects.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Databricks, MLflow, Spark SQL, and Python.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning algorithms (e.g., Regression, Time Series, SVM, K-Means, Random Forest, Neural Networks, etc.).
• Strong hands-on experience with Python coding and Spark SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
