Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning and causality models for underwriting and portfolio management decisions
- Create credit, personalization, ranking, and pricing algorithms
- Design and analyze continuous experiments to guide product and algorithm decisions
- Lead machine learning infrastructure projects, including MLOps and observability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive impact based on analyses
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience
- Deep understanding of classification models, forecasting models, and ML techniques
- Deep understanding of causal inference, experiment design, and measurements
- Deep understanding of optimization and constrained optimization problems
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python
