Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions with a focus on GenAI agents and agentic workflows
• Convert business needs into actionable GenAI agent use cases
• Build agents using LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks, incorporating tool calling, routing, memory, and state management
• Connect agents with enterprise data, APIs, databases, and automation tools
• Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge stores
• Develop clean, modular, scalable, and production-ready Python code
• Evaluate agents for accuracy, reliability, hallucination risk, latency, and cost
• Collaborate with data, platform, and software engineering teams to move solutions into production

Requirements

• Proven experience in GenAI agent design and agentic workflows
• Proficiency with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks
• Strong knowledge of RAG and knowledge retrieval systems
• Advanced Python programming skills for building modular and testable code
• Experience with API and database integration
