Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of cutting-edge analytics and decision support tools.
• Manage the full technology development cycle, including data discovery, model development, prototyping, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business partners to define technical solutions and product requirements.
• Coordinate project execution within multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate complex findings and analysis effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay current with new technology developments to contribute to new program initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing machine learning technology to model future trends.
• Experience with supply chain optimization and tools such as GAMS or Supply Chain Guru.
• Proficiency in linear, mixed-integer, and nonlinear programming techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C#.
• Knowledge of transport phenomena and industrial air-separation processes.
• Ability to conduct research on complex optimization problems in chemical or industrial settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
