Data Scientist Lead, Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a global team of data scientists developing predictive models, autonomous agents, and prompt-based LLM solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring scalability, risk management, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to re-engineer processes by embedding GenAI and advanced analytics into existing workflows.
• Design and deploy impactful AI applications using cloud, data mesh, and knowledge base technologies.
• Guide research initiatives and pilot projects to identify and apply cutting-edge agentic technologies.
• Implement robust drift monitoring and model retraining processes to maintain production performance.
• Deliver executive-level presentations communicating analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of deploying and managing AI/ML models in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with ML Ops frameworks, tools, and best practices for model lifecycle management.
• Significant leadership experience managing R&D or data science teams.
• Extensive experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and scalable data processing pipelines.
• Proven experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Google ADK, or CruxAI).
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
