Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, analysis, and optimization models to drive decision systems
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns
• Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms
• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines
• Model and optimize end-to-end system decision variables
• Build optimization systems and simulation tools for what-if analysis
• Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or operations research
• Proven track record of deploying models with measurable business impact
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Ability to build production-ready data pipelines and models
• Systems-thinking mindset for complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with operations research or constraint-based optimization (LP/MIP)
• Experience building simulation models (discrete-event or digital twins)
• Experience with real-time operational or telemetry data
• Experience in food service, on-demand delivery, or manufacturing systems
