About the role
Responsibilities
- Convert legacy data (CSV) to Excel for analysis within Tableau
- Collect requirements and generate recommendations for system improvements and updates
- Prepare business data metric reports and infographics to support decision-making
- Evaluate business tools and processes to propose best practices and monitor effectiveness
- Provide briefings, system training, and onboarding documentation
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Minimum of 3 years of direct, relevant customer experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Tableau, including writing formulas and basic coding
- Demonstrated experience creating data visualizations and infographics
- Experience crafting technical requirements and user stories
- Experience conducting briefings and providing instructional materials
- Ability to perform business process analysis to identify efficiency opportunities
