Data Scientist Jr - Digital Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex queries using SQL and Python to extract, clean, and codify large databases
• Monitor and optimize the conversion funnel, identifying key drivers for acquisition, retention, and churn
• Utilize Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to extract behavioral data and translate it into actionable business logic
• Create high-impact dashboards in Excel and BI tools to synthesize complex digital metrics for executive review
• Partner across teams to identify revenue-driving opportunities and solve operational bottlenecks

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced modeling
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical storytelling skills
