Responsibilities

• Perform analyses to understand user interaction and product improvement opportunities
• Discover new insights regarding business performance based on data
• Develop dashboards to track relevant metrics
• Assist with regular maintenance and BAU operations within the data science team
• Assist with prototyping and exploring new machine learning initiatives
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a technical degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, etc.)
• Proficient in R, Python, Matlab, or other analytics/data mining packages
• Experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modelling
• Ability to problem-solve independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Malaysian nationality required
